The Advanced Diploma in Special Event Planning & Design is the perfect course for you if you want the skills and knowledge to be able to plan and design all types of events and special occasions; from weddings, showers and christenings, to conferences, corporate events, meetings, sporting, charity and pop-up events, to festivals, product launches and fashion shows.
This is one of our most popular courses and covers all of the elements we teach when it comes to planning, managing, styling and producing weddings and events. The average completion time for this course is 9 months, but you will have up to 2 years to finish your course with the support of your own dedicated Tutor.

The Academy has been leading the way in online education for over 10 years and deliver all course via an exciting, interactive Virtual Campus that enables the student to learn from written material, podcasts, videos, webinars, tutorials and more. You will complete regular mini projects throughout the course, so that your Tutor can assess your understanding of what you are learning. You will also complete an assessment at the end of each section of the course and this is your opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge you have gained through the course to a simulated practical task that will give you experience as a wedding or event planner/designer. This course now includes an optional Portfolio Assignment which will be critiqued by your Instructor.
